Best value for cost hotel. The room was large and spacious.we were and the yard side which was quite. I can highly this place!

Crystal at the front desk was amazing, handled my needs perfectly. However, I will never stay here again. They want to charge a $250 deposit for one night. That cost more than the single stay itself. Never again. Also, the floor was sticky and dirty in the bathroom and the entry way. But the AC was great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent also. Would stay here again if it werent for the insane deposit.

1) The room had a musty smell, exacerbated by the fact that they had turned off the AC - likely to save electricity - at the height of summer in Houston. They knew we were coming, so why not send some staff to turn on the AC a few hours before check in? 2) The beds were quite saggy (not firm); after the 2nd night the back hurt sleeping in the sag. 3) No brown bread in breakfast, only a few slices of white bread; such penny pinching could not have saved them more than 50cents per person but at the cost of a poor impression. 4) On Thursday nights, if your room faces the front of the building you will be woken up by loud sounds of 12+ dumpsters (in the neighboring property) being emptied by the Trash pickup guys at 4am - sounds last well over 5 minutes.

The beds were clean but the smell was weird. We didn’t shower because it didn’t seem clean. The coffee was horrible and the breakfast was nearly empty an hour into it. If you are passing through it is fine but be prepped to go anywhere else for anything else. They also charged my card when I booked on points. I stoat a lot of hotels and this is def one to avoid down the road with my kids.
