Had booked a Twin Room. Thought someone will bring my luggage as I was with my family with 1 year old baby but I had to take my luggage myself. I made a special request for one large bed but the hotel never bothered the special request and they noticed my request when I came into the room. They said I should have booked a superior queen room with one large bed. I agree but they could have informed me earlier at least prior to 24 hours. After coming to the room, I noticed refrigerator, hair dryer and the kettle was not working,. However service team cleared the issues. The dust on the center table link is not cleaned for quiet sometime so cleanliness is compromised. Heavy dust while moving the curtains. Photos are attached. The lighting is dim with just two lights. No reading lights near the bed. Safety deposit box removed, I do not know why. Cupboard light connector hanging in cupboard. Hot water is the toilet was not even warm. Hope they will improve the above points.

Been staying here around 20 days, the staff are friendly. Room service need to be upgrade. Food serve at level 3 was good . Walking distance to many mall that sell very reasonable stuff you need for daily life. Highly recommended.

Disappointing!!!” Its an old hotel, bed sheets are smelly ( if ur allergic to dust u will get cold). Either bed or bedlinen was having that smell! There was no hot water in my bathroom( my room was junior suite room). When reported to reception they send a maintenance guy who later told me due to over consumption of hot water in the building i will have to bear with it for a while. Until i checked out i didnt receive hot water in my room. I felt like its negligence from management side. Staffs there are kind with pleasant faces who seemed like they are helpless. Food was good and as i am not a foodie i liked the food over there. Jacuzzi is comparatively big and pools(both adults and kids) are also good(less crowded). Over all its an old building with poor maintenance but enough privacy for families. I will never recommend for staycations as it will ruin your day!
