It was a good experience in connect suites. Good location, clear directions to find the apartment, and the gain access into the building. Lots of restaurants and attractions are nearby. The rooms are spacious, very neat and beautiful. All amenities were working fine. Lift was quite small, so I had to make multiple trips with my luggage. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I'm utterly appalled by our experience at this property. We booked a 4-night stay based on the blatant lie on booking.com that promised a separate bedroom and living room. Traveling with a baby and an elderly family member, it's not a luxury to ask for the separate spaces that we booked and paid for; it's a necessity. To our shock, we were met with a dingy studio apartment that was nowhere close to what was promised. To add insult to injury, the room's condition was downright disgusting. The linen box in the bed was filthy, suggesting a complete disregard for basic hygiene. The A/C was malfunctioning as well, leaving us to sweat heavily during a hot summer day. Confronting the property owner about this nightmare only made things worse. His unhelpful and dismissive attitude was infuriating. He refused to issue a refund and made no effort to find us alternative accommodation, leaving us in a dire situation. I strongly urge potential guests to think twice before considering this sham of a property. Misleading descriptions, unhygienic conditions, and an uncooperative host are the unfortunate highlights of our stay.
