Conrad Istanbul has the best hotel service I have ever seen so far. All staff members are well trained and make guests feel special and valued. The rooms are clean, large, comfortable, with great view. The most important thing is that they value loyal guests and professionally respond to requests quickly. Complementary gifts, including room amenities and upgrades, is priceless. If you want to have a special journey in Istanbul, I totally advise Conrad. Thank you for a unique service, and I hope to see you soon again!

This was one of our best 4-night stay during our Winter Turkiye trip 2024. The staff from the reception was really helpful and they gave us a nice upgrade. The breakfast there is so good but it becomes even better with their smiling staff and my special thanks go to Melek, Hasan, Erhan and there are some more names that I have forgotten. Overall, the best are their staff at the restaurant for breakfast. We really love the place and would definitely reserve again if visiting Istanbul in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality and memories.

Everything was fantastic, especially the stunning view of the Bosphorus. The 14th-floor bar is a real gem, and the rooms are lovely with the typical Hilton comfort, especially the beds. The breakfast was great, and the Executive Lounge offered excellent food. What stood out the most was the exceptional service, truly top notch. The location couldn’t be better. The only minor issue was the spa area, which could benefit from a renovation.

Booked our room including breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant on january 3rd, Mr. Fatih said we did not book breakfast and he would charge it. We told him that we paid for breakfast with our booking. He said no again and then said he will call reception. After the call he said we have not booked/paid for breakfast. After that we went downstairs to the reception where Mr. Muhammed told us, like on the previous day when we checked in, that he looked in the system and that we have breakfast included. So we had to go upstairs to the restaurant again and finally another member of staff confirmed that we could eat breakfast (for which we had paid already!!!). This situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and it was embarrassing for us infront of the other guests. Our appetite for breakfast was gone by this point. Thank you Mr. Fatih for starting our day in such a negative way.

Just checked in today. Experience has been amazing so far. Great location and outdoor pool is beautiful. Hotel is fully of energy but maintains a high end feel. We are executive level so have access to the fantastic lounge. The hostess Gűlbahar has been amazing, so attentive and topping up our drinks during the happy hour in the lounge. Really looking forward to the rest of our stay in this great hotel.
