Conrad Hotel Stay Review - December 2023 During my recent stay at Conrad Hotel, I encountered a mix of positive and negative experiences. Here’s an overview: Pros: • Exceptional Customer Service: The staff at Conrad Hotel were remarkable in their service. Their welcoming and smiling demeanor added a warm touch to our interactions. • Apologies and Responsiveness: I appreciated their readiness to apologize and address issues when necessary. • Accommodation for Additional Requests: The hotel showed flexibility in allowing for additional needs, which was a positive aspect of their service. • Premium Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, offering a premium selection. • Efficient In-Room Dining: The in-room dining service was not only fast but also provided delicious food with a variety of healthy choices. Cons: • Delayed Room Availability: The check-in process was notably prolonged. It took one and a half hours to access our first room and an additional hour for the second room, resulting in significant inconvenience. • Room Allocation Issues: Despite the promise of assigning both rooms on the same floor, they were unexpectedly placed seven floors apart. • Slow Checkout Process: During checkout, there was a noticeable delay in service, as it took an hour to have our luggage brought out to the reception. Overall Assessment: The Conrad Hotel stands out for its high costs, which sets an expectation for premium service. However, during my stay, there were several operational inefficiencies that did not align with the expected standard of service for the price paid. While the customer service was excellent in terms of attitude and responsiveness, the logistical aspects such as room readiness and checkout efficiency fell short of expectations.

I want to highlight the excellent service of this hotel. The staff, specifically our housekeeper, Nisar, did a very great job with housekeeping. He was always prompt and always attended to us whenever we needed towels, blankets or any other necessities. Great service and definitely would recommend! Keep up the great work Conrad!!

Food is overly expensive. I had a seafood pizza that costed 80 riyal, bland, tasteless. The room was smelly and the carpet was stained. The public restroom was filthy. The service is good. The staff were hospitable. The hotel policy is an absolute nightmare. I paid a deposit for two rooms for three days and wanted to cancel the reservation for their overpriced stay. I had to go back and forth going through paperwork for two hours. If you do not pay 1,800 riyal per room for a night then you do not get the deposit of reservation which is 3,700 riyal. Basically holding your money hostage. I suggest going to Hyatt Regency and save yourself a headache.

I literally think this is the best hotel in Mecca, in regards to room size, services provided and value for money I really enjoyed the access to executive lounge. I don’t even need to buy lunch and dinner because I have it all and it comes with same price I paid for my room. The only downside is the internet service but am sure they will work on it. Also they can add more options for the breakfast buffet. Other services make up for these shortfalls. Putting into mind that know hotel is perfect. Will I lodge there again ✅ Thank you for making my first Mecca experience superb

One of the best 5 stars hotels we have ever stayed. Conveniently located very close to Kabah which made our umrah easy to perform. This hotel is connected to other 5 star hotels, retail stores and restaurants and they can be reached by walking. The staff of Conrad from reception personnel to restaurant employees, housekeeping staff, security guards are very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were their preferred guests. We strongly recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet is awesome. We loved it. We plan to stay at Conrad in near future.
