Great location, it’s easy to get to Termini railway station and metro stations. There are lots of buses and trams going round. Nice and quiet area with supermarkets, stores, restaurants and gelaterias nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful and did their best to make us feel welcomed. The only problem is the old furniture. Rooms should be renovated.

Horrible first impression... Got to the door and spent several minutes holding down the buzzer to see if anyone would open up... Eventually an old lady that lives on another floor did the courtesy of letting us in. When we got the the second floor there was also no staff what so ever... Another guest let us in. We found the key to our room in the dark corridor that leads to the rooms and checked ourselves in, I guess...There is an emergency number written on the wall but the call will not go through. Paid for breakfast, with started at 7 am... Left our room at 7:45 and still no staff or breakfast. Stay away people, Scary stuff.

unacceptable, they never booked us away, when we sent an email to confirm it and found out a few days before we arrived. very careful who will answer you, we had the email of the supposed reservation but nothing changed, their mistake cost us and they did not apologize at al
