I’m very exhausting due to this disgusting low rank condo. here is like NORTH KOREA everyday i feel stress. only people who don't know this condo admin and so on, they will evaluate. but inside, really disgusting. i can't strongly recommend here. rule is really terrible and only first time , this comany people will be good survice. but once something problem happen ,they never support. moreover, they try to say from their side. they never prioritize for customers or tenants. they just have only rule to protect themselves. so once you enter this condo, if you encounter any problem,they will not solve.which is very unsafe. in my case i couldn't live properly due to heavy noize from neighbor. but they even never come here once. and we couldn't sleep. always we needed to feel stress everyday. i can write many reason. but this is also very time consuming.so i will write when i have time with the person name after i left. im writing people who is considering here not to be like me. and once they feel annoying, without any explanation, they try to say violation to us. i feel here is like north korea. . it is not professional at all. i wish i can leave here soon. if the person who doesn't have issue, it might be fine.but it is not sustainable. they misunderstand for tenants is for their money or slaves. i can't recommend to bring money for this condo people. i already can't belive SMDC personally. i will share for my friends who is asking for me to look for condo. customers satisfaction should be prioritized first. if you are Japanese or foreingners, don't choose here. You just regret while you are exposed by many crazy people and crazy environment and crazy rule.This is trap already. I guess the person who wrote 5 star are people who really doesnt know this place or just frineds or this condo onwers who wants to find tenants only. DO NOT TRUST THIS CONDO. ESPECIALLlY 1715 , crazy tenants are living. They are making noize from morning until next morning while they are hiring workers. and even midngiht they will talk on balcony, or doing task while they are talking loudly and pissing up or putting on loud music even on wallway. this condo wall are so so so thin and you can hear the sounds easily. it is like already sharehouse. even we craim, this condo will accept without any check. moreover 1715 crazy people are talking more loud and moreover they try to critisize you even they dont have basic manner and deciplien.I needed to do talk even midnight because gaurd are calling. I needed to work next day. but they dont care. they dont have brain to talk logically at all, even you are correct, they just try to make lie to make us bad. really low rank humans. moreover, this condo, they dont have anything to protect tenants. plus, they just dont wanna work. they are thinking themselves only. they told to hold meeting to discuss if tenants can work balcony even if residencial area, but condo meeting never hold. and they just get more monthly money from me. I could not sleep everyday, it affects your work and job also. this condo even , I saw one person suicide and dead body on 8th floor. middle of night, sometimes I heard people are shouting in tagarog, I will kill you and so on. I have ph friend. so I can understand. and often guard needed to gather to protect. but this is how abnormal here. thats the reason why crazy tenants exist coz this condo never check and ignore bad manner people. only good tenants will leave. Now I am living really peaceful condo , but price are exactly same as 20k. BE CAREFUL for all of people I will add proof of picture and video somewhere. I would like to appeal by legal way also in the future. I needed to cut this contract 2month ealier even I lose money for 2 month. after their customer survice was also really terrible. I can write terrible experience here until next day even if just 4 month.
