This hotel is not located in a very attractive place, but there are taxis available next to the hotel and a train station a little further away! The reception staff and others working there are very nice and helpful! The restaurant does not have a very rich menu, but you can eat a delicious dinner😊👍. There is also a pub where they also serve meals. The room is cozy, clean with a kitchenette. Overall, I'm happy with my week's stay and that's why I highly recommend it!

Amazing place. Very comfortable for longer stays. Stove top in every room. Great staff. Excellent facilities. The 372 restaurant is also very good and great value. Location not central but easy access to city center via public transport.

All staff was speaking excellent English. Everyone was very helpful. It has a nice gym. The breakfast could be better. The rooms are big and nice. The beds and especially the pillows could be better. Our room was near the elevator and we were listening a buzz noice every few minutes in the middle of the night. The room was clean but not very clean. We found a pair of socks under our beds. The sofa pillows was dusty. And below the pillows had small pieces of food. Overall it has a fair price but I think could be much better with small improvements

The location is like a movie scene from the backstreets of a bad neighbourhood.. you dont want to turn the wrong way... its nothing like the picture above.. The staff is friendly and helpfull nothing bad about them they are super friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The rooms are a bit old and not that good maintained, the bed has seen better times it looked like a really heavy person took trampoline lessons on it as it was completely done for.. the matras just had a nice u shape in it so you dont have to do anything to roll together.. The heating was working at the beginning.. after 3 days it needed a break and decided to stop working all the same... The closet had a few nice cracks in it, but the shower was really good. Also like the litle kitchen to bad the table had seen better times and wasnt that sturdy to sit by.. The breakfast was nice and the gym equipment could use a litle fixing here and there.. pins missing or equipment not in a good shape the bike was okay though.. But seriously dont go here, its a trap we even had to park on the streets because there was no room... at any given time or moment..

We spent one night here. Here are the pros and cons in our opinion: 👎 The hotel room was not very clean. They had cleaned the floor that was visible and maybe the sink and kitchen, but underneath the bed there was huge amount of hair and dust. The room floor had random cracks and it was not built properly from some places. Looks like they built it in a hurry. Those cracks and corners had a lot of dust that could be easily vacuumed, but I quess they clean with a brush only or something? 👎 Outside areas of the hotel (such as the tennis court) were in a bad condition. By keeping them nice and tidy the hotel would look way better. 👎 The hallways and other public areas are a bit dirty as well. Random stains at walls, in the ceiling and so on. There were garbage sacks in the corridor. 👎 Wifi connection was utterly poor in our room. 👎 The restaurant terrace was filled with people who smoke cigarettes even though smoking in such places should basically be banned. 👎 The staff was ok, but did not bother to ask us how our stay was. They just casually said "bye bye" when we left and did not try to show any other act of hospitality. 👎 The location of the hotel is not very good. It is basically in the middle of an industrial area. To us it was not a problem, because we just stayed for a night during our drive towards south. Then some things that were fine! 👍 The pool looked nice 👍 The building looked somewhat nice from outside 👍 There was a parking garage + some parking space just in front of the hotel. 👍 The gym was good. 👍 There was a nice free time -area downstairs. We got to play some ping pong etc. That was fun!
