Even though the place is nice and has a good location, the treatment has not been good. In the application you reserve at a price that is not real, since once you arrive you have to pay a lot more (80 for cleaning plus taxes), it happens to us that we have to pay for this in cash without anyone explaining it first, which makes us We see that we have to run out of cash. Also when you try to communicate with them they hardly answer the calls. We had looked at hotels in the area that we discarded thinking of a small saving, which in the end turned out to be more expensive even than the hotels themselves.

We had a bad experience from the moment we arrived. Our reservation had been made in the morning for an amount that we considered adequate for an apartment but when we got there we found that we have to pay in cash almost the same amount that we had already paid that morning (because they do not include cleaning in the reservation, but you pay there in black), so I ended up paying double what I saw at first for the apartment, at that price I would have gotten any hotel with all the services and even breakfast. The hostess puts me in contact with her boss, who on the second attempt to speak with him does not answer our calls, only answers the one she makes. And finally, we found that in an attempt to resolve things, we went past eight in the afternoon and they tried to charge us 20 euros more for late entry, to which we objected since we explained that we arrived at the place before that time but that Between what we waited for them to arrive and between the time to try to come up with some explanation for the tremendous scam, it was normal that it was over eight, it was even embarrassing to ask for those 29 euros extra. There are places in the area that are very affordable and with better services. However, the place is beautiful and well located.

I recently stayed at the bnb Corte in Duomo and unfortunately my experience was not the best, despite the beautiful location. The place is located in an extremely fascinating area and the structure itself is truly impressive. However, some issues affected our stay. Firstly, check-out was set for 10am, but we felt extremely invaded when, without warning or even knocking, someone from the staff entered the house at 9.45am. This type of behavior is unacceptable and caused considerable embarrassment and inconvenience, partially ruining the stay experience. It would have been appropriate for the staff to have behaved with greater respect and attention towards the privacy and tranquility of their guests. Secondly, we were not given any information regarding the adjustment of the tourist tax at the time of booking. It is essential to be honest and precise about all cost items to avoid misunderstandings and to allow guests to plan their budget accurately. In conclusion, although the location and environment of the Corte al Duomo bnb are very suggestive, my rating is only three stars due to privacy and communication problems regarding expenses. I hope that the structure can improve in the future, paying more attention to the needs and expectations of its guests.
