I was so happy with the service. Jakir is the person who is assigned to clean my room. He is very nice and friendly. Very respectful and polite. He makes sure that he cleans every surface and he is very dedicated on his job. Jakir makes sure that he is not touching your personal belongings! I commend him for that! Great service 🫰🥰✨✨

Stayed here for 3 nights & had a very pleasant stay. We chose this hotel because its strategic locations, mere steps away from Masjid Jamek Station, Central Market, and Petaling Street. We booked the cheapest room, turned out the room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. This hotel gave us 2 big (reusable) bottles of water (love it). The staffs were so nice and helpful. Everything was great.

The best food ever because of Chef Izhar and Mr. Leon👏⭐️💃🏻We are so amazed for the presentation not only by surface but the taste is high quality level. The chicken - soft tender juicy. The fish is tasty. Soup- thick and delicious not salty. Vegetables and dessert - superb. The staffs are always helpful and very friendly. We appreciate and thank you for your service and support for our Sunday event. Keep it up.

Imagine a concrete cube measuring 10ft by 10ft. Windowless. Only one door. Outside that door is a labyrinth of stark narrow corridoors, where the walls close in with every step. Now imagine that this cube is one of several dozens of such cubes on the 8th or 9th or 10th floors and that not a soul is staying on your floor except you. That my friends is this terrifying hotel in a nutshell. Add to that the fact the reception is the coldest and most inconsiderate you would ever have seen at any hotel. Then add in the fact that you will only get two bottles of water a day and will have to carry those bottles down to the lobby and refill at a water station yourself if you need more, you only get tea bags and milk once at the time of check in, there is no housekeeping staff on call and room service food is only available between 11 am and 6 pm. Now add in the fact that there are two positives here. One is the location is fairly decent ( not exceptional) and two is one reception staff named Kiren who tries valiantly to make up for the awfulness of his employers with his friendliness and cheerful approach..
