The idea of the hotel is nice, but that's about it. Hygiene is not a priority here. The rooms need major repairs and cleaning. The food is the same every day. Cutlery is placed directly on the table without a napkin (I saw a staff member cleaning the table with a broom). The pool is 1.60m everywhere and there is no lifeguard. If you want a good holiday this is not the place.

Do yourself a favor and, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, BOOK THIS HOTEL! They will absolutely ruin your holiday. The management and reception staff are dishonest and deceitful. They charge you for a queen room with a sea-view balcony and then give you a repulsive cell instead, overlooking the property's trash. When you confront them, they move you to an even smaller and smellier room. And when you confront them again, they become nasty. We finally had to scream and threaten to call the local police just to get the room we had originally booked and paid for, after they had completely spoiled our trip. To make matters worse, we weren't the only ones! This was happening to other people on a daily basis. When we were checking out, we found out that some people had actually called the police, and the officers were in the reception area! The hotel itself is old, smelly, dirty, and in desperate need of renovation. The food is terrible, the drinks are watered down, and the beach is in terrible condition. It's been two months since our stay in this nightmare of a place, and the thought of it still haunts me.

1/5 the worst hotel ever… We have arrived at night, then they keep us waiting for an hour because the system was down. I checked in for the first room, it was awful, the AC very hot and noisy, the power sockets were broken, plus the room was very smelly. I complained to the receptionist and he understood and said let us move you to lower level room because I booked a room with balcony and they gave me one without balcony. The new one was very small, smelly and not clean with very old furniture. Besides, the light was not working probably in the bathroom, and there’s no refrigerator in the room!!, and once you sleep you can hear people while they are walking in the corridors!. In general, I highly DON’T recommend people to stay at this hotel at all.

Very Bad Shouldn’t Even Deserve A 1 Star, 1st Please Do Not Trust The Pictures And Last Year It Was Amazing But Now… 🤮🤮 , Bathroom Is -1 Star The Rating Of The Bathroom Is Minus 1 Star And You Must Buy Towels For The Beach And Swimming Pool , You Only Have Room Towels .. No Beach Towels And You Only Use The Towels That They Bring Only In The Room .. You Only Get Toilet Paper ..No Tissue Boxes , And You Need To Lock Everything At Night Because It Can Easily Get Stolen , You Only Use The Bathroom Trash Can .. You Don’t Have A Trash Can In The Room And The Sink Water Is Very Disgusting 🤮 So Please Everyone. Don’t Go And Always If You Book Tell Them To Change Your Bed Sheets Everyday..

This hotel is very bad and it start with the cheatting wirh pictures on their web site. The rooms are old and dirty. The bathroom is very bad and not god cleaning. The conditioner är s old and making noise. Not even one star! Do not book, you will regret it! Bodrum hotel, not worth it! Unpolite staff and managers! I have been all my life in a lot of hotels in Turkey, this is nightmare! I am here now and counting the hours to go home! The fridge is not working and I am carring my passport all the time with me because I am afraid someone will steal the as the cannot be locked! The sheets are not changed för 8 days now, and the cleaning is a disaster ! Do not trust them! The fridge is broken and only water in them! The soaps and shampoos in the bathroom are a very bad quality, I had to buy them! They don’t provide beach towels and I had to buy them too! No fruits only watermelon twice a week! Nothing like in the pictures! I have been eating french fries every day! Don’t go!
