I was very disappointed with my stay at Cosy Rooms for the following reasons: 1. The hotel smelt badly of sewage 2. The room wasn't clean, there was damp in the bathroom and I saw a Cockroach. 3. The rooms weren't soundproofed meaning that some very noisy neighbours sounded like they were in the same room. We were kept awake for hours by a guest in the room nextdoor snoring. 4. There was a hot tub but it was empty with no water inside. The pictures are in my opinion false advertising. 5. The service was very poor. There was a big laundry trolley left in the way of the stairs that was difficult to get past. When checking in we were told the wrong code for entering the building, which was a 10 minute walk away from where we checked in, leaving us stuck outside the building. I would avoid this accommodation unless it's your last resort.

I really wish I had read the reviews and cancelled my booking in advance. 1. The rooms do not match the photos AT ALL, the room I was given was like a prison cell - no widows! 2. There was no wifi anywhere in the room as the signal did not reach that part of the hotel. 3. The attitude of the woman at reception is vile. I speak fluent Spanish but that made no difference to her condescending and dismissive attitude. 4. The 2 trolleys filled with bedsheets/towels are STILL blocking the passage half way up the stairwell (like the previous review said a week ago). That's a crazy fire hazard and trip hazard. 5. Smell of sewage throughout. 6. Mattress was comically bad, you could feel all the springs. Avoid the hassle and just book anywhere else!

Neg: Internet didn't work most of the time. TV didn't work. Pillows are so uncomfortable it was hard to fall asleep. The worst was the smell - even the soap had a terrible smell. Thin walls - it was very easy to figure out which language the neighbors speak. Clean room is not what you should expect in this Hostel (see photos!!!). Unfriendly Staff (ca 23 yo blonde girl), which almost screamed at my friend for asking for a better Internet in 21th century. Pos: location Fazit: NEVER AGAIN

2023 and no one from the stuff speaks english. the funny part is there is no stuff. always there is one woman who do the receptionist + the kitchen + cleaning in the same time. i am not exaggerating, this is true. they don’t speak english. we lost some things from the room not very secure to leave your valuable things inside the room. in the breakfast. the person was very very very rude and she rejected my order ( maybe because i am arabic person ) she was very rude and racist . i paid my money and i didn’t get my breakfast. no communication. and she told me that she will call the police because i was asking why i am not getting my breakfast. and also for the breakfast is very very very small. bread , butter and honey and some very cheap things. the only one person who speak english was blonde young woman with airpods 😅. she was very rude and not respectful. i don’t know how can they hire someone like this. generally. it can be better place is the stuff were human beings. because for me animals are more polite 😅😅
