Absolutely review in line with the latest, "owner" (if you can call him that) excellent actor but a little less salesman. What can I say on an evening that saw threats and various attempts to extort completely non-existent sums of money, we certainly left the location dissatisfied and with the bitterness of having had to spend a birthday surrounded by anger and worries. Definitely not a recommended place, I hope to never come across any of them again.

We were 33 people celebrating a birthday, they asked us €42 each with entry to the swimming pool. To eat they brought us a first course (tagliategli with meat sauce and suckling pig) to drink normally, (house white wine and water) you can of these €42, two were for the cake service (because he had to cut the cake, wash the dishes and cutlery, as specified by the patron), the cake was brought to us anyway. At a certain point we had to eat and the staff started eating next to us and didn't take us into account for a while. And then they brought us the cake, 0 bitters and to get the coffee we had to get up to get it at the bar that was nearby and has tables.

I'm giving one star because you can't give ZERO! Very bad experience. Arrogant, rude and disrespectful owner and staff. After swimming in the pool we had to get ready for dinner and we went to the machines to get change: the owner approaches shouting that if we want to leave we just have to pay the bill and we are free. While we are having dinner the owner insistently intervenes in our conversations It's a shame because the place is very nice but it's not enough due to how nauseating their behavior is. I will never go back there again
