Hotel seems nice at first glance but if you are expecting to get sleep without sounding like you rented a room in the middle stadium during a live football game then I suggest you look elsewhere! I misrepresented the facts? Which is why I had to go to the hotel reception desk at 3am to complain about the constant noise? These walls are paper thin folks and poorly cleaned at best! Used wadded up Kleenex in the elevator, hotel cleaning staff shouting down the hall to each other at 9 am when guest are trying to sleep and poorly trained staff who can barely complete a reservation without having to call the manager at home for help🤯Motel 6 would have been a better choice!

Fair pricing...with that in mind I'll try to keep my review on par with what you pay for it. The room was very clean both main room and bathroom and in fact smelled like cleaning supplies (not in a negative way) when we checked it. Overall room was acceptable in aesthetics. With the furniture not looking dated or battered. Our particular room had 120v outlets that are embedded in the bed posts on the headboard. To me they are a fire and safety hazard and need to be replaced or removed. They are loose and allow whatever item you have plugged in to either just immediately fall out or slowly fall out allowing for possible arc or potential shock that any good maintenance crew should find during a preventitive maintenance check. Because most people are going to plug in a phone charger in that 120v plug. I say that because our room did not have an alarm clock so naturally you're going to use your cell phone. That being said they do also have a USB A plug built in as well that is fully functional. Stayed there to attend the Texans game so we were there from Saturday to Monday morning. Hotel was peaceful during our stay. The free breakfast had options that may not appease everyone. You get 4 choices of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, 4 different bagels, and a freshly made waffle. I feel like I left something out but I cannot remember because I personally was content with choosing a waffle and yogurt. When I visit a new city I like eating local food and not gourging myself with hotel breakfast and as mentioned before you're not paying a whole lot for your stay anyway. So if you're staying here for business and breakfast is a big deal to you just giving you a heads up. Other than that really nothing notable as well. It was pretty good stay, quiet and not expensive. Both front desk people I interacted with which was a younger lady checking in and an older gentlemen checking out both were very friendly and courteous. And as stated before the entire hotel was very clean other than stains in the carpet that is completely unavoidable anywhere where all kinds of people come and go. All that being said not a bad place at all to stay for a decent price.
