Free upgrade to a very spacious superior room was very welcome. Nicely presented, and very quiet considering the area (save for hearing my neighbours alarm at 6am!). Staff were friendly and helpful as you'd expect, however slightly let down by the breakfast - was surprised it was so cold. However that wouldn't stop me from staying here again though.

Definitely stay here, arrived an hour before check in they didn’t mind at all, we had a free upgrade to a suit room so we got double what we paid this was amazing and had two large TV with sky tv on both all the channels you could need. best night sleeps I have had in a long time much better than at home lively pillows very soft but just hard enough . we had a problem with our window and we called up the receptionist and with in 10 minutes they where in our room sorting it amazing. When we came back from being out we wanted a drink just before bed we went to the bar but found they where closing it but they said they could open it back up for us which was very kind of them. Swimming pool opened really early. Breakfast is definitely worth it best coffee I have had . They even held our bags once we checked out so we could collect them later. Definitely staying here again !

I visited the spa with my partner a couple of weeks ago after having been given a voucher for a spa day. We had a fantastic and relaxing time, the staff at reception were lovely and answered all our questions. The massages were great and just what we needed. The area with the pool is a bit small but that wasn’t a problem for us as we went during the week. The sauna was perfect and a great temperature. We did find that the steam room could have been a little bit hotter but it was still nice to sit in there and relax. But we really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

The afternoon tea was a disaster. Concierge took us back and forth to reception twice for no reason only to be taken to the bar, all they cared about was getting the money for the extra afternoon tea that we booked. The staff behind the bar gave us cinema dinks menu’s even though we said we were there for afternoon tea 4 times. No one showed us to our table, in fact there was no table prepared for us. I booked 3 weeks + in advance and clearly stated there were 3 people 2 of which were covered via a gift voucher. We sat ourselves down and someone came over and told us to get up. Waited another 10 minutes for a table for 3 to be prepared, no apologies no explanation to why the table wasn’t ready when this was pre booked (it was empty in there). We hadn’t even finished our food and the waiter brought us the bill and card machine. Asked staff for a pot of hot water and the language barrier was so bad they had to send two other people over. Poor service, waste of money. There’s other amazing spots for afternoon tea in London, so please don’t waste your money.
