We have stayed there twice. The location is great. I absolutely love the interior design of this hotel. The wallpaper choices and room furnishings are simple yet stand out from other hotels. It’s odd to compliment the interior designer of the hotel, but they did a great job.

I checked in from a 6.5 hour drive at around midnight. Got into my room and it was very dirty. There was hair all over the bed. I know sometimes you find a hair here and there but the hair was literally all over the bed, in-between the pillows. The bed had a person shaped indent in it, like someone had laid in it. There was food on the chairs. Hair all over the shower. The (nightshift) front desk staff was nice enough to bring up new sheets for me since there wasn’t any cleaning staff on duty or any other rooms available. I had to redress my own bed after a long drive. Not something I expected for a stay advertised over a grand a night (granted we did use points but still). I politely mentioned the cleanliness issue to the front desk staff in the morning and she did not care or nor was she friendly. I decided it wasn’t worth ruining my day and I would call corporate later. Pretty bad stay. Was very disappointed since its such a nice looking hotel.

Stay was decent. Newly renovated room and bathroom. The bed in our King Room was really uncomfortable though. Location is good, and $15 charge for parking is understandable, considering it's downtown.
