This is my favorite Marriott Courtyard ever! It is a beautiful building in downtown Denver and all the rooms I've been in are very well taken care of. The service here is amazing the location is perfect for access to downtown and the close to other offices in many restaurants. Just note there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee downstairs in the morning, but they do have a small "pop-up" restaurant that sells coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

As a Titanium member I stay at around 90 Marriott a year and have for for the last decade. I normally avoid Courtyard's and prefer to stay at Renaissance, Ritz or JW, but we had friends already staying here for the weekend and it made sense to stay here as well. We were greeted by Brodi who was an extremely pleasant, checked us in found me an upgrade and clued into the fact that at 8pm checking in I was tired and instead of giving me a 10 minute speech on the amenities, gave me a quick breakfast is here, elevator is here and snacks and drinks are here and sent me on my way. You don't know how many times I've felt held hostage by front desk staff explaining to me about pools, and things I'm not going to use, so appreciate that as well. Room was clean, standard courtyard setup, those who complain about the rooms, need to understand you get what you pay for, if you want a big room and modern finishes they exist but expect to pay $500 a night at other hotels. When I left for dinner at 8:30pm without promoting walking through the lobby brodi ask if everything was good with my room and wished me a pleasant night. I have to say, this is the kind of treatment from Marriott that I long have forgotten as now it seems like they don't care, but Brodi provided hope that customer service can still exist.

This hotel was nice and met my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although I was traveling solo, the room was well stocked with plenty of towels - enough for 4 people (this doesn’t usually happen when I need it). The gym facility was small and clean with a decent amount of functional equipment.

First time staying here and it was a good experience. The bathroom was really nice minus not having a vent. Nice rain shower and body spray shower head. Liked how the fitness center had filtered water to refill a water bottle. The room AC system needs to be improved since it does this loud clicking noise every time it’s about to blow air. It gets annoying when you are sleeping right next to ac panel. I think they need at least two luggage holders per room and not one. Good location for downtown Denver though. Friendly, professional and prompt staff. Good self parking too for any drivers. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was not pleased. It was difficult to get my room cleaned. I communicated several times with front desk (Andrew) during my second day stay to get my room cleaned and it took the last call to get it done. During our second day the fire extinguishers went off will my baby was napping. The loud sound terrified her. At the very least they could I have not charged parking ($44 each night) for what the guest went through. Not pleased at all.
