Pros: Great location for my needs; king suite was very spacious; included a refrigerator and microwave; great water pressure in the shower; appreciated that you can open the windows a little for fresh air. Cons: Room was not ready by 3 pm check-in time; the room had a lousy coffeemaker, no tea bags; other than mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower there were no bathroom amenities other than 1 small bar of soap at the sink (I had to request a small bottle of lotion); room decor is a bit dated.

Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's in a weird place as if it's in an apartment complex and so the parking is a bit congested. But the hotel room was clean and comfortable. I wasn't fond of being on the 5th floor and having to take a couple of trips down the elevator to get some extra items. I'm used to being in a one to two story hotel. But I would stay there again if I visit the area again.

Bit disappointed with the service. We checked in unpacked and even showered to realize that the heat/AC unit was blasting cold air instead of heat (this is January in the winter).house keeping came and checked the vent unit and said they couldn't fix it. It was already late and we wanted to sleep... They offered us an gave us another room so we had to repack and move everything... We were 2 adults and 2 seniors... It was inconvenient. We asked if we can keep our stuff in one room and sleep in the other, but they made us move everything. We were offered to waive our one night parking OR breakfast...

Hotel is in a great location and was very easy to catch an Uber. The room was full of trash and food from the previous occupants, and I had to take it down the hall to the trash container because it smelled really bad. Otherwise the room was clean but outdated. There’s no safe or luggage rack in the room (I was in a King Suite). It did provide two closets and dressers as well as a mini fridge. Front staff isn’t the best and the cafe was closed every time I checked so we had to use Uber Eats for meals. They have a small sundries shop where you can buy toiletries, snacks, and drinks.

I would give more stars if I could. Everyone was so nice. The room was quiet, clean, well apponted, and comfortable. I was there because it was close to the hospital where my husband had surgery. I mentioned that to the desk clerk at check-in. He excused himself and went into an office for a couple of minutes. When he came back, he had a get well card for my husband signed by the manager and a couple of other staff. I was very touched. If I'm back in that area again, I will make a point of staying there.
