Good localization close to airport, walk distance 15 min. Nice small rooms, for one night nothing more needed. Breakfast only from 7, but you can request a package to pick up before from reception. Restaurant quite expensive. Room price totally ok

We rented a room at the Courtyard Marriott near the Hamburg airport before returning home to San Francisco, California and are very happy with the entire hotel experience. The rooms are comfortable and updated. Our check in and check out was easy. The staff was very friendly and our parking space was located underground. We felt safe and welcomed.

Upon arrival to the hotel at 11 30 pm, i proceeded to the front desk to check for availability for one night as i had an early morning 6 am flight. Without checking the system, front desk staff proceed to tell me that they are fully booked and to leave and check with a competitor down the road. On my way out i decided to check my bonvoy app for availability and saw that they had a room so i booked it and approached the front desk again. After looking at my status of Titanium Elite, they realised their mistake and commented "oh our manager doesnt want us to book the room because we are under training". They could've told me to book the room online but instead they told me to leave and check the hotel down the road. Very bad customer service and unprofessional staff.
