Came here for a night on our road trip across the southwest during the off season winter. Was surprised by how nice it was compared to some of the cheaper (not really) brands we've been staying at. Food/drinks weren't bad either, good for just hotel food, and much better than fast food. Shower was nice but I wish we had a bath with our king bedroom. This will make me consider Marriot more when we can!

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was adequate. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were great and enjoyed by my kids. They had a life sized chess board, nice checkers table, and ping pong table which were nice touches. Hot breakfast buffet was not a great experience. It was really an an average continental breakfast for an exorbitant additional cost. It is veiled as something special by calling it a "Hot Breakfast Buffet", but in reality, it was was nothing different than your ordinary hotel breakfast. The staff was hustling, but there just weren't enough of them to keep up with the number of guests. I genuinely felt bad for how hard they were working. At $20 per adult for breakfast, you can do much, much better finding breakfast at some café in town. That is what I will do if I stay here again. All in all, a good experience, but don't fall for the "hot breakfast buffet". It's not worth it.

To give some perspective I am lifetime platinum elite with Marriott and currently titanium for this year. I booked 2 rooms here and requested via chat that the rooms be adjoined since I’m staying with a bunch of children. The response I got was “Will do.” At check-in I was told they did not have any more adjoining rooms. I booked these two rooms using the Marriott app with my Marriott rewards credit card so I can get my points and because I did not have it at check-in they could not use it to charge the rooms. I had to call my titanium customer service for them to charge it to the credit card that I booked the room with on the mobile app. I also shared with the front desk that we have been staying at Marriott hotels for a week now (we are on a vacation out west visiting different locations each night) and they’ve been able to charge my rooms to the card I booked using the app (my Marriott rewards credit card that is saved to my profile) without issue and the response was “we have different policies here.” Now this morning it’s 9:12am we’re all in one room and someone knocks at the door and .5 seconds later walks through the door. We said hello, we’re in here. You have to give us a second to answer the door before you barge in. She left right away. It was housekeeping. Now for the actual hotel, the view is beautiful. The pool was nice and heated and kids loved the hot tub. I would never come back due to the service. I’ve been staying at Marriott hotels for years and many different brands underneath the Marriott umbrella and never had an experience like I have at this hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I had so much hope for this Courtyard…. It looks gorgeous on the photos. And the courtyard was indeed very nice. But.!!! The room was very average. Dated and definitely in need of an upgrade. The team placed me in a room by the door, and the hotel was empty and I requested an upgrade, as a platinum elite member. But the final straw? The restaurant was completely closed. Wow. Poor Marriott, poor.

The Courtyard in Page is at a great location and if you get to the fourth floor with a pool side view you get a nice scenic view towards the river. The rooms are a little old and not fixed well but the AC works well and they have a small fridge. There is a restaurant attached that seems decent but did not eat at. Only stayed a night and they were nice and easy to check-in but did not mention my status even though I believe I got upgraded to a top floor which is good. Overall would stay here again if in the area. The fitness room is small and has a limited variety of weights.
