My recent stay at was nothing short of exceptional, leaving me with lasting impressions of comfort, service, and tranquility. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. Cleanliness was a standout feature, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service. My executive stayed there from 12/10 - 12/12. He found the mattress smell funny the first night and had mentioned it to the front desk clerk in the morning, that something is wrong w/ the mattress. When he returned in the afternoon, he pulled back the sheet to find urine on the top left corner (near the pillow) soaked. He went downstairs to advise the front desk, where they could not move his room as they were sold out as well as other hotels in the area being unavailable, they offered him an air mattress. Which was not a resolve. They insinuated that he must have done it with the type of questions being asked. This has been under investigation for over a week, for urine!!!! What type of investigation is being done??? They have... The worst customer care! My executive called on 12/12 to dispute the charges due to the urine soaked bed. He slept on the tiny couch in the room. This is the worst experience he's ever encountered. No empathy for his situation. No resolve for his inconvenience. I would never pay to stay in a hotel that had urine on the bed. We disputed this issue on 12/12, I followed up on 12/13 and was told we would receive an email within 48 hrs with a resolution. I have worked in hotels, and this is something that can be handled quickly and professionally. Instead they behave as if the person who complained urinated in the bed by asking questions that seem accusatory! We will not be using this service for our organization moving forward since they do not know how to provide outstanding customer care. Edit: My manager noted that an email was sent re: the case, being resolved but no detail on how it was resolved.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had no issues, this was right before the pandemic. I went back this past weekend and had a bad experience. I checked in and they made me swipe my card twice, not sure why…. But they charge my card 3 times, they charged me $1900 USD when my reservation was only $407.55 They charged me the wrong rate TWICE and on top they charged me $100/night for security deposit so that was $300, but their website stated their deposit is $25/night max. I am a Titanium and have never been charged this much for a security deposit let alone been charged $1900 for a reservation of $407.55 it is Wednesday right now and they have yet to refund me the money they overcharged me… on top of that they kept lying over and over throughout the night I checked in, so I will be reaching out to corporate as I have their emails, I made them aware of this and they called my room within seconds after I sent them the email addresses of their executives whom I plan to reach out to. All in all this left a bad taste in my mouth, imagine if you had gone to NYC with a budget and this hotel decides to charge you thousands 4x your reservation. Avoid this hotel if you want to avoid them overcharging you.

Great hotel, great location. This spot is a block away from The Edge and the start of the High Line park. It's a close walk to Penn Station as well. Plenty of fast food places within two blocks, and even a CVS! Staff were kind and welcoming, and we were upgraded as gold members without having to ask. We stayed here with children and were happy with our choice - we were able to walk uptown to all the Christmas sights, down to High Line, and take the subway back and it was easy and convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!

Horrible staff. I did the mobile check in. I stopped by front desk to get my keys. They forgot to ask for my credit card for incidentals. Next day, we left in the morning and came back at night. I couldn't open the room and had to go back to front desk. They canceled my keys to make me fo back to front desk and provide my credit card information. It was front desk's mistake but they canceled my keys to make me go back and provide an information they forgot to ask at my check in. In my second day, we were leaving the hotel in the morning and they requested again for the same information, that I've provided the night before. They realized that the information was already in the system and apologized for the inconvenience. In my third day, they woke me up early in the morning requesting to go to front desk and provide my credit card info again. I told that was the 3rd time they requested the same information. They called a few minutes later to inform that the information was already in the system. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. Check out day: front desk employee was rude. Horrible experience. I'm a Marriott Titanium Elite customer and I never been in hotel with so unprofessional and unprepared staff like that.
