Top Notch Front Desk Service. What a duo at this hotel - Lena Bullock and Emmanuel Senates could not have done more to try and help us. I blew it booking through a third party and the reservation was never completed - my own fault or the third parties but not the hotels error. Both of these individuals were as helpful as they could be, always patient and respectful. They made an effort to find us a room somewhere else as they were sold out and it was very much appreciated. They are a real asset to the Marriott hotel they work for and have the understanding of what it means to be in the hospitality business and take care of people!

Beautiful location by the ocean. The staff and service were excellent. The elevator carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year, in the lobby there are sweet lounge couches with electrical outlets so you can easily charge your devices while you wait, but none of them work. And room 1110 the sink doesn’t have a drain cover and the left handle spins freely without turning on the water. These types of things are easily fixable and with a little attention will increase the customer experience greatly. Look forward to staying here again.

Our visit was just okay. For the price I paid, I’d expected better. The bathrooms are run down. The walls are super thin. I can hear my next door neighbors talking. I should have paid $200 more to go stay at another location as they actually had activities and happy hour unlike this location. I couldn’t get the air comfortable in my room. It was nice to have a fridge but all my items froze. The intercostal view was the only thing nice.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and had an excellent experience. The location right on the beach is perfect - close all restaurants, bars and other things in Las Olas. William, the assistant general manager, greeted us warmly upon check-in and was incredibly helpful during our stay. He upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of the canal, which was spacious and included all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a nice outdoor pool and bar, and easy access to the beach, which literally just across the street. Towels are provided for the pool and beach, which is very convenient. The on-site breakfast restaurant had a decent selection of food and beverages. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott Fort Lauderdale for its wonderful accommodations, amenities, and outstanding customer service. It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return next time I'm in the area. An excellent value for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Close to the beach, decent pool, nice amenities. Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with a King bed room. Deposit: We were told that a $150 deposit will b3 taken and given back upon checkout. We have not yet recieved this deposit 48 hours later. Sleep arrangements: The bedding smelled, the pillows were super thin and not really usable, the bed sheet was not secured to the bed and there was no extra bedding in the room. Room entertainment: The room had 2 TVs none of which would connect to the internet to allow for Netflix, YouTube etc. The remote controls barely work and the local channels are very limited. We asked for the TV to be fixed and was told the entire hotel is facing issues with the modem. The hotel even sent a technician who turned the TV on and off and told us there is nothing else he can do. WIFI: Terrible WIFI connection and extremely unstable. If you are planning to do anything with internet, forget about this hotel!! Breakfast: Breakfast is not included. The hotel has a Starbucks which makes decent breakfast and coffee which is open at 6:30 am but closes right at 10 am.
