Pros: clean facility and clean rooms, very nice rooms actually. The bathroom was awesome. Housekeeping came without having to be asked. The agent at checkout was friendly. The location to SeaWorld was close. Cons: I reserved 2 connecting rooms and when we checked in, they didn't have that for us...it was down the hallway..this my main reason for selecting this hotel so not to have that was disappointing and the agent had no answer why if I reserved it, it wasn't available. She looked like she couldn't care less. There are no walkable places to grab a snack or any forgotten necessity. Your choices are the cafe in there ($$$) or drive or deliver. I wish I had known that before.

Loved the hotel, but the service is absolutely terrible. We arrived at 8:00 last night and asked for a crib to be delivered to our room and they said it would take a couple of minutes. After waiting for nearly three hours and being told “just a couple of minutes” I went down to the front desk and was informed that the housekeeping (the only person who can access a crib) was not working and no one knew when he was gonna be in. My daughter has not slept in a bed and we woke up multiple times to her nearly rolling off the bed and pulling blankets and pillows over her head. Anyways, the place is nice but if you’re looking for great service, this is not the place.

This is a fantastic hotel. In fact, it's been THE BEST hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. It's such a shame it was a business trip and not a vacation stay because the location of the hotel is very close to Disney, Universal Orlando, and Sea World. I love everything about this hotel, everything from the room, the cleanliness, the services, the food, the mini market by the front desk, the pool, the gym, and the showers. I have zero complaints, none what so ever. This was an unforgettable experience, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel like you had a luxurious getaway vacation.

Recently stayed at this courtyard for 3 nights and I would not recommend. - $5 a night for parking?! You own the lot - it’s not a resort there’s no valet. Just an average hotel. Charging for parking is absurd. - The front doors lock after 11pm and you need a keycard. Totally get this is for safety. Another person in our party arrived to check in after 11pm. He was locked out standing outside the hotel. No one was at the front desk because the employees were DRINKING. He had to call the hotel to get them to get up to come let him in. - Rooms are not clean. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been washed. The towels are as thick as tissue paper. We had no shampoo in our room only 2 body washes. The air conditioner IS SO LOUD. - The breakfast is ridiculous over priced. $14 for the most mediocre breakfast sandwich you’ll ever have. Someone else in our group waited over 45 minutes for avocado toast. Sat at the bar one night waited for 15 minutes no one was behind the bar. I finally asked the front desk if it was open and she replied oh she’s in the back she’ll be right out. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
