I really cannot say enough great things about this place! The service at this location was exceptional. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. Our room and the property was spotless. The breakfast bar was amazing and offered so many options. The location was prime. We loved being within walking distance to bars and food. The property is beautiful and well cared for. We stayed at Aloft Downtown and the JW marriot and neither of them compared to this place. Don't walk, run to book this friend! You will not be disappointed!!

Very cool hotel with a amazing view. Surrounded by many restaurants that you can walk to that are different levels of service from bars to pizza joints. Great place to sit outside and people watch with family and friends.

Hotel is very nice. Room very nice and clean. Right across the street from Boxi Park. Great location. Breakfast was very good, wish they had real eggs instead of the powdered. Great selection.

After a day of soccer and having dinner we went to the hotel pool which was littered with broken glass as the bar staff were letting people take glass cocktail glasses to the pool. One child cut his foot open. After returning to our room, the one night I have to sleep in this hotel, loud music played all night outside at Boxi Park and the surrounding businesses, at one point I got up to get ear plugs and a cockroach ran over the bedspread! When removing the blanket I found black hair and roach feces in the bed (I have blonde hair). In the morning there were ants all over the bathroom sinks and our sons toothpaste and toothbrush. We booked this hotel for a weekend soccer tournament on the 7th, my expectations were low to begin with so I called the hotel to confirm everything on the 1st and everything was emailed to me with a confirmation for the 1 night stay for 2 rooms. I have subsequently been charged for 6 nights between 2 rooms and we had two rooms for 1 night! When I checked out on the 8th I left with receipts for 1 night in each room. The hotel is now charging me over and over again to the point where I have thousands in charges for these 2 rooms for 1 night in a roach infested, ant ridden, noisy hotel. Plenty of other hotels to stay in with cleaner facilities and better management.
