It's a decent accommodation but the staff needs to be more cooperative. There are no common room like Study spaces or TV room or games room. But it's located at perfect location where there are many food joints, grocery shop and barber shop just outside the accommodation. It's very close to rail station as well.

They do not deal with flat issues well. My flat mate (dhruwangi shrotiya) used my blender while I was away and I had proof about it. We talked to the manager and he did nothing but let her talk for an hour and make up lies. I had pictures of the food that was blended up and it smelt like curry. She was the only person in the flat that cooked curry and my room was beside the kitchen. She has used my stuff before without asking. There also was a new blender box once this issue arose in which she Brought and she faked an amazon invoice and changed the name to a receipt. Deal with flatmate issues yourself don't trust them. Also they don't reply to emails well and are lazy whoever was in charge. I told them I'm leaving for London so we should deal with it later then they told the flat mate how long I'd be gone for? Like make it make sense. Deal with issues yourself and chase it up.

Located at a very prime location with easy access to train station and bus stops and literally 10 restaurants/takeaways just next to the building. Very clean and well maintained place. Ideal for students. But if you are more into partying and binge drinking then this isn’t the right place as the Security is very strict. And they will throw your guests out in the middle of night if you misbehave, loud music or any anti social behaviour. It lacks a communal area. Laundry is very expensive. And rooms are tiny. And the prices are slightly on the high end side.

Lived here for a year and it's absolutely great. Had a flat share with two other people, a huge kitchen and very spacious room. The rent price is amazing considering what's included. (Room, Wifi,Kitchen, Council tax etc) There is plenty of space, the rooms are modern and colourful, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The area is close to the train station (7 min walk) and there are a few shops near by. You do have to pay for laundry separately which can be quite costly and there is no common room but overall this is a great place to live.
