Good:- new, good service, clean, excellent breakfast, excellent dinner, affordable price Bad: Only one drawback is the room is not quiet. I can hear the rooms beside very clear and loud. However, the hotel staffs try to compensate this by give away the ear plugs.

Spacious room with good views and amenities - Bath robes, plenty of water bottles, coffee and tea, balconies in every room. Excellent welcome service. Good gym equipment and view. Big swimming pool. Excellent buffet breakfast. Conference room easy to use. What I didn't like - very dim hallways. The gym at night lacks proper lighting, AC was closed, no bottled water in the morning. Plenty of mosquitoes.

The hotel is located on the mountain, quiet and with nice view. Driving is more convenient than taxi (free parking for guests). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, you can feel warm welcomed at the moment when you arrive. Rooms face the sea so sitting at the balcony enjoying sunset is the most pleasant thing. The breakfast doesn’t have many choices (comparing with the price) if they can serve more fresh fruits, vegetables and bread that will be hundred percent recommended.

Great cosy hotel. Decent breakfast with variety of dishes to order, buffet is pretty basic. Rooms are nice. Only thing ruining the impression is pretty loud music from the restaurant on the beach side On the other side location is mediocre - a lot of empty space behind the hotel occupied by stray dogs. Also it is inconvenient to get anywhere by foot from this place.

I had booked the Ocean View room, this (like probably all the other rooms) doesn't even have a wardrobe. When I was on vacation for three weeks, I lived out of a suitcase. Is this supposed to be a 5 star hotel? You probably forgave yourself in the rush of happiness. Even in simple guest houses there is a closet! Loud music plays late into the night in the restaurant and the locations opposite the hotel. My tour operator called the hotel and told me that they wanted to talk to me. That's what surprise, of course, didn't happen. The hotel is very noisy. You can hear everything from the rooms, and that's supposed to be 5 stars...Because it's mostly Asians and Russians who stay here and they have nothing to do other than scream in their rooms because they don't know how to stay in one Hotel behavior is anything but relaxing. In addition to me, there were three English guests who shared the same opinion as me Otherwise, the staff, especially in the breakfast service and at the reception, are very, very friendly. If you want to go to the center of Pattaya, you have to take a taxi. This is hardly possible on foot! The breakfast was good, there is nothing negative to say. I can't recommend this hotel, especially since I paid money like I would for a luxury hotel but didn't get it. Very unsatisfactory and a shame! Many write in their reviews that this hotel offers peace and quiet. I say: if you want peace and quiet, you shouldn't live here if possible.
