Great service from staff. As we stayed for the Christmas Holidays we were presented with a complementary bottle of bubbly, a box of chocolates, mulled wine and mince pies. Room was lovely. The meals were delicious. The gym was excellent. We used the swimming pool, which unfortunately was too shallow to properly swim in. For this reason one star is lost. The steam room and sauna were very good, however. We really enjoyed Christmas. It would have been made better if some sort of entertainment was added, or even a karaoke. We would return again. All in all a very nice hotel with excellent services and attentive staff.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Kettle, complementary teabags (even decaf tea, which I couldn't find in any other hotel), coffee and sweets. Great facilities: gym, swimming pool and sauna. Lovely staff, very helpful. Healthy breakfast, with vegetarian and vegan options. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I have just recently spent an extended stay at the Crowne Plaza, I would especially like to thank staff who throughout my stay were always happy to help// calm and kind, even when there were multiple events and large numbers of guests staying. Location has nice walks and there are good amenities in the hotel itself.Rooms are clean and spacious comfortable. Thanks to everyone who looked after me during my stay!

Rooms are basic . But they are okey. For family it’s too small I ll say. complimentary snacks and water in the room which is nice . The worst part is the pool area. Last year some facilities was not in order , this year the same . Have no idea why it’s happening for this cold season. It’s freezing out there . The pool water also cold . Sauna is not working. The best part of it is the breakfast.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely experience. There was a mix up initially with our room on check in but it was handled exceptionally well. The pool area was great. It's a health club so not exclusive to the hotel but that's not really a problem. Half the pool is cordoned off for people who want to do lengths. Water is warm. Bar food is nice and does the job. Both the main menu and kids menu are quite varied. One thing that wasn't explained well was that you need to book a time slot for both the pool and breakfast. We didn't but were accommodated anyway (which was very much appreciated) but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Would happily book in again.
