Hotel facade and common area looks good and well maintained. Excellent service from concierge and front desk. Rooms are well kept and thoughtful amenities (eg. humidifiers) are provided. Location is near airport and decent food and shopping options nearby.

This is one of the hotel that impressed me with their excellent service and warm personalities. Shuttle bus driver and concierge staff Wayne was so polite and sweet . I will definitely go choose Crowne plaza as my choice in future.

This hotel is located close to the airport and also offers a free shuttle. The rooms are well maintained, staff are courteous, and breakfast is good. The premises itself is in the prime area which has malls, supermarket fastfoof joints and a lot of choice of restaurants. Overall Recommended!!

An amazing experience for my final goodbye dinner with old and new friends from China. This special banquet was hosted by a good friend who bought and flew out from Australia a fresh caught tuna which was the very best sashimi I've ever had. The hotel chef was incredible and his mastery showed thru. From the live preparation to the final presentation.... simply fabulous! Kudos to the professional staff, servers, and hotel accommodations. Free shuttle to the airport the next morning was bitter sweet in having to go back home after a wonderful business trip.

Great hotel, friendly staff and tasty food! I’ve spent there quite sometime and I enjoyed a lot my stay! The Hotel also offers a free GYM and pool (however the pool is not heated so it’s not possible to go there is winter), and there are two restaurants inside, one buffet and western and the other serving Chinese food. Around ten minutes away a with a car from the airport it is a good choice in between city and industries for everyone going there for work. A little bit expensive choice, but they offer a lot of services!
