We booked 1 night stay and were so surprised of the state of the hotel. It was clean but the shower head and pipe didn't have water pressure at all. It was dripping. I was in a rush to attend a party so I didn't have time to inform the reception right after check-in. Came back from party at nearly 12 midnight and complained about this. I was informed someone would look into it first thing in the morning. They said they couldn't offer a room as it was fully booked. We were offered another room to just shower and then return back to our room. We didn't accept the offer. Waited next morning, no one came as promised. We were furious. So, we just had breakfast and checked out. I was offered money compensation and late checkout. I will not come to that hotel again. Compared to the Premier Inn we stayed at Tolworth, this hotel room was totally rubbish. It was not a cheap room. A junior suite(Room no 300) at £318??The view was overlooking a bunch of workshops/garages, not the Thames. Seriously, it's a rip off. This is a lesson for me, I will ensure to check the hotel room before unpacking my luggage. As for this room, the shower head and hose was not working, the iron was dripping with water, the safe was not working, the coffee, tea and milk was enough only for 2 people when the occupant for the room was for 5 people. Work desk empty, not even a paper or pen was there. Not enough slippers. Only 2 was provided. 4 towels and 3 small towels was there though. Look elsewhere to book a suite. Pathetic state of room. Felt like I was staying in a 2 star hotel. Breakfast was a plenty but it was all cold. Bacon was half cooked.

This location is great. With covid rules in place the staff and hotel was immaculate in all areas. The room was of good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is a tad bit small but I do not feel this to be a major issue. It was clean along with essentials you might need such as soap, body wash, slippers, towels and a bathrobe. There is parking at the rear of the hotel and its a minute walk really nothing this is free and in my opinion this was great! The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and not robotic. Breakfast was good and as it was sent to the room due to covid regulations it was hot upon arrival. I stayed for 4 nights and really could not fault anything. You do have to pay extra if you want a balcony room. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the fact I did not use the gym. Other than that considering other hotels in the area and with parking free it is worth the while.

Room not ready and only cleaned after a request, to the most basic of standards (beds changed, bins emptied). Even after the housekeeper had been in, the furniture remained dusty, the carpet had not been hoovered and the bath and sink had ‘scum’ lines. We had to complain again on the second day as the room had not been cleaned again. Always dirty bed linen in the corridors. Only 1 lift working. Some staff surly (particularly the bar man). I also witnessed other guests complain about dirty rooms and rooms not ready when they should have been. £288 for a 2 night stay, not including breakfast, very poor value for money, especially having to request cleaning twice. Some of the previous occupants clothes had been left in the room which shows that housekeeping hadn’t paid any attention.

Unfortunately the suite we'd booked was somehow not available when we checked in. Rather than tell us, the staff checked us in to the smaller room. When we complained that we weren't getting what we'd paid for the manager gave us a free meal and a small refund on the room, but it was a disappointment that we had to ask - they should have been open about the issue at check-in. The hotel has a pleasant lobby and restaurant, and our room was fine, but breakfast was disorganised. I ended up with 3 plates as they didn't have items available all at the same time, and there was no butter. Not really what you expect in a 4 star hotel, even accounting for covid.

Quality business hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend. What impressed me the most though was the cafe in the lobby. I needed to ask for a special breakfast due to an accident that left me needing soft food in the short term. Nothing was too much trouble and a special request was sent to the chef. Very impressed with quality of service and the care the team went to in order to help me. A quality business hotel, but one that really does go the extra mile. Impressive.
