I stayed in this hotel by tour and it's an okay experience. I found the room quite decent in facility, size and cleanliness, however there was cigarette smell lingering. Food is okay expected in all hotel tour in turkey. Staff is friendly and nice. Room internet is nonexistence as the reception is super bad. Location is out of nowhere, however you still can find decent groceries and resto in walking distance.

Extremely below average hotel. Not worth the 5 star they advertise. Extremely basic rooms. Views are terrible. Dinner and breakfast is very hostel like living. Did not enjoy this hotel at all. Terrible. Dinner and breakfast staff don't understand the difference between cappuccino and espresso. English is extremely bad and limited. Dinner is a circus.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Clean hotel and clean room. Such a great location to stay in Cappadocia. Great varieties of breakfast & dinner buffet menu. Walking distance to Kaymakli Underground City, which is a must visit if you are in Cappadocia.

Better to be forgotten experience. The hotel service doesn't exist in practice. No tea kit in the room, items in the breakfast keep disappearing if you wink once. No body bothers to refill them, be it breads or milk or fruits. No butter/ ketchup could be found. The chef can't cook even an omlette or sunny side up egg. The rooms were very dimly lit. Even in the bathroom one would find shaving difficult with poor lights. For a couple, they provided twin beds. The safe in the room was locked. The reception had huge language problem. The packed breakfast provided had only sausages/ non veg items and no veg breakfast was served.
