BAD EXPERIENCE ! 1. Wi-fi not working in the rooms 2. Air conditioner not at reception/lobby area. 3. Staff saying , do cancel the booking. 4. Breakfast not provided as per scheduled. 5. General manager do nit bother to talk. And do not come to the hotel

My experience with the hotel began with a bad experience. As the check-in time is 2 p.m., I have requested an early check-in at 1 p.m. before arriving at the hotel. They kept me waiting in the big lobby, where we were sweating (no AC in the lobby). When I asked for the glass of water or welcome drink, they said they didn't have it and you could go outside and buy it from the Seven Eleven store, and finally we got check-in at 2.30 p.m. Then the room they gave us was pathetic—a dirty room with a dirty kettle, cups, and spoons but no coffee or tea. Why leave the kettle and cups? There were no glasses in the room, and when I asked for them, they told me to use the glasses given in the bathrooms. The worst part was the cubboards, which are 6 inches in depth. We requested that they change the room, which took another hour. The room was not up to standard; I had booked a king-size bed, but they gave me a twin bed joined together with two blankets. It was very uncomfortable, especially from the centre of the bed, but we still managed to accommodate ourselves. In the name of facilities, the phones were not working, and when I complained, they said within five minutes an engineer would come and rectify it, but no one came. Crazy! Gym shut at 6pm is ridiculous?????? Should it be open until 10 p.m. at the minimum? Swimming pool opens at 8 a.m., breakfast then, should always swim before eating, should be open at 6 a.m., crazy? Facilities unusable, zero point in having them, same as kettle and cups spoons, no coffee/tea, first hotel in my life I come across this, how many stars this hotel???? Towels are threadbare too. The toilet was very dirty; did you clean it yourself? Not only that, being a vegetarian, I have limited or no options for breakfast buffet (only white bread, croissants, tea, coffee, and fruits (watermelon, pineapple, on which insects were running), and nobody really bothers even after complaining. Being a 5-star property, the facilities were even below the standard of any small lodge. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't understand why they are in the hospitality business when there is no warmth among the staff and everybody is rude and ignorant. My last two-night stay has spoiled my ten-day trip to Thailand's good memories and experiences, so instead of checking out at 12 p.m., I checked out at 8 p.m.
