During my multiple stays at Crystal Suites Hotel in Lat Krabang, Bangkok, I've found it to be a convenient choice for travelers seeking proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is just a 10-minute drive away. The hotel offers an essential service of airport pickups and drop-offs, ensuring a hassle-free transit for guests. One of the hotel's notable features is its location. It's a mere 10-minute walk to several medium-sized shopping malls, making it an ideal spot for last-minute shopping or exploring local dining options. For those looking to unwind, there's a Thai massage center right across the street – a welcome treat after a day of travel or shopping. The hotel also includes a breakfast option. While it's nothing out of the ordinary, it serves as a decent start to the day. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the onsite pool. It's a basic facility but adds a touch of leisure to the stay. The hotel's upkeep, however, seems to have declined over the years. On my first visit years ago, the Crystal Suites was immaculate, but recent visits suggest it now requires some refurbishment. This aging is particularly noticeable in areas like the air conditioning unit, which in my room was faulty. The unit leaked water onto the floor rather than outside, and controlling the temperature was challenging, making it hard to achieve a comfortable environment. Overall, Crystal Suites remains a practical choice for its location and essential services. However, to maintain its appeal and ensure guest comfort, addressing the maintenance issues and refreshing its facilities would be beneficial. For those seeking basic accommodations with easy airport access and local amenities, this hotel still stands as a viable option.

Not a good hotel. Rooms are not properly clean and very basic. There dust en stickiness in the room and bathroom. Vault is not working, the sink is incomplety and the airco is to noisy. So my advice is to taken another option. Good travel to you all.

A very decent, clean, and well located place. (Close to the airport) Friendly and helpfull staff. We did not eat there so can't evaluate the kitchen.

If you are saving up money - go. Close your eyes and go. Old building. Weird smell in the rooms. The sink and a bathtub were leaking in our bathroom - you wash hands and the water spreads on the counter, you take a shower and a puddle appears at the back of a toilet bowl. I always take pictures of everything but somehow when I get to places like this I’m so embarrassed that I completely forget to do so. And do not take breakfast. You’ll get smth in the store near by or in the airport cafe! Good things are - they provided water and the was a big selection of tv channels
