I came here for two nights of concert. Maybe they did not expect any foreigners to come for the concerts, when I arrived I do not know where to go and the monitors at the lobby are only in Japanese. I have to grab random fans and ask for my way. Luckily, she knows a little English and managed to tell me where to go. So if you are here to attend a concert at the main hall, you need to get in the lift (or via a number of escalators) to get to Level 5. From there, you will have no problem sorting what to do or where to go. The building itself is quite new. The main hall is not big comparing to other concert halls elsewhere. However, the design of the hall is long! If you are on ground floor (Section A, B, C), viewing is acceptable. Seats are quite comfortable (but no one sits in a Japan concert!! Be prepare, the seat always end up for your jacket n bag to sit on while you stand 3 hrs for the concert because no one will sit down in Japan) Level 2 (Section E, F) will have problem with viewing! The seats are steep and high up there! So you are looking at an awkward downward angle to the stage and it feels far!! Your distance from the stage is far!! As for leaving the concert, it does takes a long while for people on level 2 to get back to the lobby to exit the building. Also, there is not much eating choices near this building! Eat elsewhere before you come here!
