One of our best apartments in Europe. Large rooms with rooms similar to 4 /5 star hotels. Fully serviced with all the required things provided at easy-to-find spaces, including salt, pepper etc. Very well-spoken, polite and helpful staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in our apartment during our 2 day stay in Venice. We were close to both Rialto and San Marco and the staff was very polite and ready to help us with anything we needed. They were especially helpful in booking a gondala ride last minute with no wait at all which came in clutch because when we arrived for our ride there were two other couples that had to wait due to not having a reservation. The one issue we faced was that the showers hot water was somewhat short lived, however I'm not sure if that's the usual case for Venice homes / hotels.

Good location but poor cleanliness. No blanket put on bed. We have to search and took out from the wardrobe. My daughter has mites bitten on her face and after complaint they quickly came to change the bedsheet. With the rates I paid, I think I should receive a more professional service.
