The good 1. Price 28 euro for box room after a cancelled car rental. 2. Internet, was fast 3. Cleansiness, room was quite clean The bad 1. Broken window, and room too warm. With radiator always on. 2. A little hard to find phone number to ring... Maybe a bigger sign? The ugly 1. Club downstairs with bad dance music until 4am at least. I played youtube and slept mostly. Result... You get what you pay for. Useful for a bed for a night, ok value.

Rental rooms. Smells damp and mouldy. I can see water damage around doorways indicating it’s a problem. Not a healthy environment.

Unfortunately, communication with the host was poor. He did not provide information on how to get there, nor did he provide an access code number. Only other guests called him and asked for information in Spanish. Thanks to them, I managed to enter the place. I do not recommend. Clean inside.

I asked if the accommodation was quiet since in my case I was spending the night to take an exam the next morning in Santiago. They told me yes, it turns out that it is a first with a PUB right below the accommodation that closes at 5 in the morning, and the noise level was very high all night and early in the morning. It is clean and for other types of needs it may be fine, but they do not warn about the conditions of the accommodation. If you need to spend the night to rest, it is impossible. They should warn about this circumstance since some people will care more and others less, but in a situation like mine the problem was huge. By the way, the 5-star ratings are the oldest and without a review...

We didn't know that the bathrooms were shared (our fault or a bit of a trick). In any case, the bathrooms were continually dirty. If you are going to put 10 rooms (20 people) to share a bathroom, the normal thing is continuous cleaning or at least several times a day. There is also no towel for your feet when you get out of the shower, for example. The rooms (or at least the one we had) is not at all like the one in the description, it was much smaller, without the table and with a tiny window that overlooked an interior patio so the light was minimal. . In addition to not having a blind. It does not have a reception so you cannot communicate these things, nor does it have a kitchen, which would be normal in an accommodation sharing space and bathroom. The checking part is also a hassle, they make you download an app to upload your documents that works poorly and they continually send you emails to do it without detecting that it has already been done. With that they give you a code to enter but obviously you have to call because the app doesn't work.
