The hotel was nice and in a good location but when I checked in there was a big fuss from the staff because they said I didn't pay but I had. It made my experience here more stressful because the staff didn't know how to check the payment confirmation. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Rooms are large, well designed and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are very big too with great water pressure. Curtains cut out the sun well, however the doors are quite thin, so sound travels in easily. Breakfast was decent as well. Summary it's a great value for money stay. Will return.

Do not stay at hotel until renovations are completed on November 15th!!! Arrived here and seemed great! We checked in and were informed that the gym, sauna and pool were all out of service and could not be utilized. We were annoyed but were dealing then when we finally got into the room there was construction going on and it sounded like a jackhammer was right outside of our room. We asked the hotel what they could do when we were experiencing all of these issues and the response was find a another hotel. After all of these issues we checked out, got a refund and checked into the Vinpearl Hotel. Paying the additional money was definitely worth it!! Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade.
