Absolutely happy with the experience I had at this hotel. The room was quite large, had a great bathroom, and extremely helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Hotel offered luggage shipping/forwarding and staff assisted with the paperwork. There are closer hotels to the major train stations, but this one still had several within a short walk. Overall I found the price very much worth it and our stay went well.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff in this hotel, the rooms were clean, I felt comfortable using all the amenities of the room and bathroom, It’s the first time I live in a 3 star hotel but honestly it feels like a 4 star hotel. Really loved the place, Highly recommend if you want to explore Tokyo because it is very close to the metro station.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. My husband and I stayed there for 8 nights. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Washers/dryers on the 8th floor. The location is very convenient, close to stations and convenience stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is excellent for shopping and commute. The front desk ladies are very helpful, especially when I booked a taxi van to airport, the young diligent young lady came down and help us to load the luggage into the van. I was so worry at first about not able to make to the airport on time, but the staff’s smile is very comforting. The only thing is the room is very small, so if there is more than 2 people in the group, the best is to book two rooms

Couldn't have asked for a better location, you can take public transport to everywhere and anywhere. Surrounded by convenience stores and great restaurants. Rooms are great for a local size. Great healthy breakfast options. Staff attentive and helpful. We arrived at Haneda close to midnight and glad to be able to take the option of a taxi for Y9000.
