Stayed at the hotel towards end of December. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station. You will have to cross two crosswalks and one stop light. Since it was snowing, no one cleared the snow next to the cross walk and it made it impossible with a suitcase. I ended up carrying the suitcase and using the road which was dangerous (there was no other way since the snow was piling up). The pizza on the ground floor is actually pretty decent. It's a wood oven and came out nicely. It made for a great lunch on the day we checked out and the hotel let us eat at the lobby. There is free coffee and juice so that was great. The staff at the hotel were very nice, the check in and check out was smooth. No issues and they have luggage storage at the backroom. I handed my luggage to them since I was too early for the 3pm check-in. Note that the washing machine does get busy in the evenings. The 7-11 at the ground floor was great as well.

Great hotel located just outside the railway station. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is spacious and has a separate bathtub with shower. The staff is nice and friendly, I've appreciated that all amenities (including bubble soap) are available at the lobby to avoid waste. The breakfast is served at the restaurant at the ground floor, the food offer is very wide, from Natto to Pizza. There is a washing and drying machine in the hotel, it was a bliss since we've used it while stuck in Kanazawa due to the Typhoon. Great value!

Stayed in the first week of Dec 2023. It is very well located near the kanazawa. The hotel has enough tech to make it easy for the guest to check in and out. Hotel staff speaks english. The lobby is cosy and has tea and coffee for the guest. The rest of the convience provided by the hotel is good quality

1. It is near the train station, so you can hear the train passing by all day, even at night. 2. When I returned to get something I forgot in my room, the staff at counter was very very angry, and kept speaking Japanese to me, but I don't understand at all. She tapped the key board loudly and made impatient noise from her mouth. Latre she laughed at my translation app with he colleage that I had typos in my phone. I asked her why she is angry, she didn't answer me, and left the counter. This is the worst service I haver EVER EVER experienced in Japan. If the hotel do not welcome customers that don't speak English, then DON'T SELL IT ONLINE WITH LANGUAGES except Japanese!
