Very new and clean hotel. Our room was very comfy and large by Japanese standard. Good bed and pillow. Especially if you have elderly travellers, this hotel will really suit you since both the room and bathroom are designed with elderly and disabled in mind (depending on the room choice). The service was good, and the location was even better. The famous Tooth Tooth Patisserie is just on the opposite. The bus stop and train station are not too far. China town is less than 10 mins away, which is why we pick this hotel. The hotel is located in a quieter area when compared to other central hotels.

Wonderful hotel. Best hotel in Japan so far! I had the moderate double room, and it was plenty spacious for 1 and easily 2. The bathroom was quite large and and I love the separate bathtub/shower area. There are lots of free toiletries and even Epsom salt for the bathtub. Cleaning was offered every day of my stay, and towels and water were replenished daily. There was a laundry room with a combo washer/dryer that was locked by personal pin code so no one could rifle through your unmentionables. Tv had a nice feature to be able to see how much time you had left on your clothes being washed as well as a QR code you can scan with your smartphone to check the remaining time. The front desk was so helpful even though I do not speak Japanese. They helped me contact my next hotel to adjust my itinerary and took care of shipping my luggage to my next destination. I'm very happy and will return, no doubt!

Great hotel close to Sannomiya JR Station (6 min by walk). Rooms were clean and wide. Staff really great and cozy. 4 stars instead of 5 because the breakfast starts at 7am - which in case of early flight or Shinkansen you can’t enjoy . I would suggest to anticipate to 6am or max 6.30am.

I booked a room for 2 nights at this hotel. It was a new hotel. Opened in 2022. I chose this hotel because of the room size was 18m2 and it was about 15min walk from JR Sannomiya station. I prefer larger room for comfort. Remn Hotel which was also new and was also located near JR Sannomiya station, I did not choose it because the room size was typically 14-16m2. The Daiwa Roynet hotel bathroom of my room was good but the bath tub outlet was clogged with hair. I assume the hotel management did not train the chambermaid to check. I told the man at front desk to get someone to unclog by tomorrow, but it was not done when I returned to my room next evening. I took it upon myself to unclog the choked drain pipe. Apart from this incident, overall I would recommend visitor to Sannomiya to stay at this hotel. There were free coffee bags (drip coffee), sugar sticks, shaver, tooth brush at lobby. The coffee was good. The hotel was short walk from shopping mall and main streets.
