Dalat Blanc Hotel & Apartment

LOCATION 3/5: Close to city centre. But there is a steep slope you need to pass before getting into the hotel. Be careful riding with your bike. CLEANLINESS 2/5: They will not clean your room daily unless you ask them from day to day which is kind of inconvenient. I stayed for 5 nights, and they only cleaned twice. If you don't ask them directly and the reception, they will just ignore the cleaning. I already tried reminding them that I had a long stay at their place, and I wished to have my room cleaned daily, they just replied OK at that moment and then nothing happened. I only needed them for making the bed and briefly sweep the floor. FACILITIES: 3/5 - Newly built hotel I guess. They have a kitchenette in the room but other than electronic kettle, nothing else is equipped. I hope they will at least provide a microwave next time. TV is a crummy Android TV with no cable channels. Wi-Fi is the worst, almost unusable, weak signal, slow and unstable. Rooms are not soundproof; you can hear noise from the rooms next door. There was no minibar in the room as well. STAFF: 3/5 - Friendly but not helpful at all as mentioned in Cleanliness. Will come back next time if they can improve their service by paying more attention in small details.

Everything was perfect. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and caring. Rooms are big, spacious and clean with plenty of charging ports.
