The service is very good. The service staff can understand the mood of the guests. There are some ants and fruit flies in the room, the bath water in the bathroom is a little small, the tiles at the bathroom door are cracked, there is mold in some places on the wall of the room, and the slippers are a little old, but At this price, it has a price advantage! The service staff are very kind, thank you!

Stayed at the end of Jan 2023. Nice hotel located in a quiet part of town just down the streat from the Crazy House. very clean and cheap. The mattress was decent. A lot more comfortable than typical beds in Vietnam. The staff is friendly and do speak a little bit of English. However I do recommend using google translate.

It was a cute hotel that is a stone's throw from the city. It was nice to just relax in here, and even though I had to extend a night, it wasn't expensive.

Good hotel overall. If you wanna experience a comfortable and romantic atmosphere with kind and thoughtful staff, this place can offer you that! I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony for 4 nights and feel somewhat satisfied about everything except some. Firstly, maybe my room (605) is kinda old, the bed is not fully cleaned including the small pillow and blanket, the clothset door is loose and seems to be broken soon. However, since I asked the reception for the room maintenance, they already fixed it all after a few hours I left my room. Secondly, the room cleaning service is acceptable, but to some extent, makes me feel unsafe. When the staff asked me for a make-up room before I left the hotel, although I said that my room is clean and already make-up on that day so I don't need it anymore (the make-up light in my room is off as well), they still entered my room to replace the shower gel. That's all! Other features seem not bad at all and worth living.
