Only four rooms are good with balcony. Other rooms are not good. One thing I didn't like was they charged me 10k for each small portion of instant coffee. Usually those things are free at other hotels.

At check out (which was earlier than pre booked due to unforseen circumstances), the staff were very agressive and they even laid hands on us as we tried to get into our Grab car. They even told the Grab driver not to leave, until we paid them again in cash.

The hotel locates near a beach, convenience stores and restaurants. The cost is reasonable among surrounding accommodations. The room is clean and tidy. The stafts are friendly. It loses one star because the shower water is so weak.

Please avoid this hotel in all times! We booked a room with Dam Tien Da Nang hotel and paid a deposit directly. After 2 days our planning was changed and we asked them if we could change the booking or get the deposit back. They refused to return the deposit so we decided to keep the booking and the room. But nooo the room was already sold again.. so we expected if the room is sold in mean time we could our deposit back? No.. No deposit and no room! Thats what I call stealing money.. when we talked with them about this, they refused to tell us their names, called us dog's in our faces and were in general amazingly rude.
