We had a positive experience at the hotel. The excellent service from the reception desk to the cleaning staff is certainly commendable. It’s great that the breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty food, and the consistently friendly staff added to the overall positive impression. We had an enjoyable stay.

The room and the view was exceptionally. I purposely order the in dining just to enjoy such a lovely and scenic panorama. The room service Mr Rony very approachable and have a nice and brighter smile. I enjoyed my short escape here. 🥰

Hotel is absolutely perfect, everyone is very nice! Mohammed Mustafa house keeping room cleaning guy was absolutely amazing. Hotel swimming pool also very good, warm water (140cm)and their is big swimming pool for kids as well( around 30-50cm. And sauna, gym included (24 hours). Staff is very helpful, Parking is in the garage. The view is also very nice.

I had different expectation before I checked in. As a new hotel with moderate level of occupancy, no one is answering “0” or room service several times. I tried even to reached out over the line number that listed in your google profile, but again no one is answering. I like the, atmosphere room and the the hygiene here, but this without proper service is worthless. Internet connection also to be improved
