Do not get fooled by the pictures you see online. The rooms for which we paid 200 Euros per night (2 adults, one teenager) are so basic that you do not even want to sleep in them. The shower was clogged all the time, the beds were in a really bad condition and not even a frigde was part of the room. Coffee is not even included in the breakfast and not even the tea you get is up to standard. Let alone the prices that you need to pay for anything you drink or eat in the restaurant. And for such an overcharge you would expect something decent, but again you will get highly disappointed. Not to be recommended at all.

Great service and food. The staff is really helpful and always smiles. We stayed at their aparts and they were OK. Cleaned daily. The food is extraordinarily good. Compared to other hotels and restaurants I can safely say it's has one of the best price to performance ratio. Osman and Yasin were really helpful with everything we requested.

Without getting into any detail firstly, to wrap up my stay in the hotel with one word, I would say my experience was absolutely abysmal. From the get go when we were introduced to the room, I was shocked to see that the room was tiny beyond belief. The room was so small that the bed takes up 90% of the space and there is just about enough room to shuffle into the bathroom or out the door. Not to mention the bathroom which emitted a ghastly smell of sewage, and had a leaking drain constantly making a repeating tapping sound. Despite my initial shock, I decided to try and ignore my problems so far. The next morning, we sat down for breakfast, and to my delight, everything is free, including your tea, unless you want coffee, in which you have to pay as it somehow isn’t part of the breakfast service. In the evening I went to iron my shirts, and found out that there is no iron provided in the room, probably because there isn’t even space to fit an iron in, so I went to the reception, and they refused to provide one for “security reasons”, however they have a lady who irons for you, at £3.50 per shirt, which is disgustingly costly, especially for families, so be prepared to sell your kidneys to the hotel if you plan to stay here. Despite the countless problems, the beach by the hotel is very beautiful and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay in that bay, but sway clear of this hotel by all means as it was a completely diabolical stay for me and my family. I don’t understand how there are so many decent reviews, but I would never come to this hotel again and feel sorry for anyone who decides to stay there after seeing this review.
