Lovely friendly hotel ...staff very helpful, amazing bar staff and dining room waiters. The Entertainment team is superb! The photography team is also very helpful, friendly, possessing a great sense of humour and quite simply amazing! ... enjoyable stay, varied menu and interesting cultural events. It does get quite busy, although there are quieter areas to relax within the lovely hotel grounds.

Our experience at this resort was fantastic - excellent service and an overall enjoyable stay. However, a couple of observations stood out during our time here. Firstly, for those guests who do not consume alcohol, it would be beneficial to have a more diverse selection of non-fizzy cold drinks available besides just orange juice. This could significantly enhance the experience for those looking for alternative beverage options. Secondly, we encountered an unexpected situation regarding accommodations for children. As a family with children, we noticed that the children was provided with a blanket instead of a duvet, which felt a bit unusual. After requesting a duvet for our child for three days, it was finally arranged, but only for a single duvet for two children in two separate rooms. This delay and inconvenience in providing appropriate bedding for the children were disappointing and unexpected, especially in a holiday setting where comfort and convenience are usually prioritized. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience at the resort was highly positive, and the exceptional service and amenities largely contributed to our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The service from the reception to the restaurant down to every hotel staff is amazing. The food served in the restaurant are nice and filling. The arranged activities for the day is also engaging. A lovely view of nature and indoor warm pool and two outdoor pool.

Great all-inclusive resort set in a large area. The 2 pools are very good and no problem getting sunbeds. The gardens are well maintained with a little lake in the centre. We had a standard room which is basic but very clean and comfy with a secluded balcony. The buffet restaurant was very good for all meals with a good selection to please all. The 2 bars (pool & main bar) both had very quick service, even though you may have to queue for a few min at peak times in the evening, usually around 8pm and near closing time. The hotel shuttle bus to Marrakech centre is great at only 20 dirhams (£2) per person each way. You also have access to the sister hotel on site and free entry to the water park, a few min walk down the road. The only negative was the Moroccan nights, which you have to pay extra for was a massive disappointment. We did venture into Marrakech for meals, and there's plenty of good restaurants to choose from if you want to get away from the buffet for lunch or evening. Would we visit and stay here again. Yes.

Nice all-inclusive, the rooms are not big and have no double beds. Two singles push together. The food was good but nothing was marked to say what it is you are eating. Entertainment was plenty. We went in December and don't expect to be swimming as the pools were extremely cold and not heated. Sun louging only. The free alcohol was only a selection, and the strength was very weak and felt like it was watered down.
