The room was definitely not up to my expectations, it had a horrible smell, the blow dryer, iron and dresser was filthy. Hair was in the tub and the handicap rails were not cleaned. I chose this location to be near family, but I have definitely learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN!!! The place is on a main strip and was very noisy. I went to Sonic for ice because the ice machine looked sketchy and filthy. If you don’t care about some filth this may the place for you, otherwise go somewhere else PLEASE

Stayed in a room for the night with small kids. Room was FILTHY. Food under the beds, sticky stuff on the floor, hair in the tub, mirrors full of sticky hand prints. The bed still had blood on the sheets & we didn’t realize until the morning time when I woke my kids up to leave. Spent $75 to stay in a room that was filthy. Manager walked in the room while I was on the toilet, after me yelling 3 times I was packing up to leave. When brought up to manager, he just shrugs his shoulders at the nasty filth. The ones the got cleaning them rooms, I’d love to see how y’all’s own homes look. DISGUSTING & do not recommend

Our stay was absolutely horrible. No hot shower, small towels, AC off in the room which made the room steamy (it took 2 hours for the room to get cool and when we asked front desk to change the room, they said all the rooms are same). Their breakfast time is advertised as 6-9am but when my children went for breakfast at 8:45am, the man at the front desk told them breakfast is closed. We had total of 4 rooms and one room had MOLD in it. Also the fridge was not cooling, it melted my kids ice cream. The microwave was old, the office smells like smoke, and when you complain, no one listens. It felt like we stayed at an independent hotel not a Wyndham hotel. I do not recommend staying at this property.
