Update cause I have to keep you guys in the loop. I've spent a lot of money here. These people are kind of ignorant. Why am saying this because they had no problem before? Until the manager decided he wanted to harass me for the entire time. I was trying to take my stuff from my go to my vehicle. Because you thought I still pillows then I realized I didn't steal his pillows. Didn't apologize, tried to get me to pay for a pet fee. That was absurd being the fact that my animals didn't leave. The cage never had a problem prior to this. And I cleaned the room so when I leave. It's cleaner than when I arrive. I told him you're no ask kissing to get me to change this review. Unfortunately, customer is a big negative. If you wanna be respected as a customer, then you may want to spend a little extra more. Dirty moldy room. I bleached the hell out of it. Got better. Definitely roaches here put your food up. And your pets. Check the toilet paper for black mold b4 you use it.. otherwise it was quite, and peaceful. The people are very nice could use training on proper cleaning methods but all around I was content till I saw the huge roach that had no problem coming out in the light and in front of/ next to me F y I it's surrounded with eagles rice hotels this is not a last resort

I recently booked at the Days Inn in Dover, Delaware, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the sheets, covers, towels, and washcloths were in a deplorable state. The shower handle was broken, and the shower itself was dirty. The air conditioner/heater vent was caked up with dirt, making me question the cleanliness of the entire room. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the staff at the front desk. When I went to the front desk to cancel and request a refund due to the unacceptable conditions of the room, they were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. They informed me that Days Inn is only a 2-star hotel, as if that should excuse the horrendous room conditions. As a paying guest, I expected a basic level of cleanliness and courtesy, regardless of the star rating. I would strongly advise against staying at this particular Days Inn, as it does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. My experience was far from the level of quality I have come to expect from the Wyndham brand. The Springhill Suites by Marriott was only about $40 more for the night and immensely better quality.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever been. The website reflects swimming pool which was a fake picture. No blow dryer There was a Water leakage in front of the A/C and no warm water. The TV didn’t work. We requested for a new room. The new room was a lot better but I saw couple of small dead bugs and mini grass hopper in the shower. The TV still didn’t work so ended up asking the lady up front to see if she could fix it. She comes in the room and tries fixing the TV and said that there’s satellite issues. The only possible positive thing I can say is that the double beds were good size and it wasn’t a tiny room the workers didn’t give any attitude . Also the breakfast isn’t that good either just had white bread and cereal. Truly disappointed. Even if you’re homeless DO NOT STAY HERE

This was the worst hotel and staff and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. I waited at the front desk to check in for 20 minutes no sign of anyone. No ice bucket how to once again leave my room go to the office to get one. Keys I was given didn't work. TV didn't work they had to come over three times to get it to run. Water in shower just drip and no hot water at all not even warm water. No hangers in the closet for me to hang my shirts. No cups or coffee packets to make coffee in the morning. Unbelievably horrible. I have stayed in Days inn many times but this particular one they should tear down and start over again.

Too bad you have to click one star ! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I understand that it’s cheap but come on. Do Not stay here if you value your life. There were too many sketchy individuals in and out of there. I thought it was abandoned at first. The bullet proof glass at the front desk was a red flag. Dirty , run down , the worst was the ironing board cover with food stains like someone grilled a sandwich! You only have a 15 minute cancellation policy. Beware !!!
