The first room we were provided at check in reeked of cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. The second room we were provided was out of service. The third room we were provided had no working phone, only one working light in the main area, dead bugs all over the curtains, a broken heater unit that made loud noises the entire time, the bed sheets were stained, and the beds felt like full beds rather than queen beds (which is what we reserved). We could not even call the front desk to ask for anything because the in room phone was not working. We needed more amenities in the room as there was no body wash and minimal towels were provided. It required us to continuously go downstairs to obtain when I had stated there were mobility issues, especially on the stairs and the party was parked in the handicap spot. The elevator worked only once the entire weekend and I had come with people who had mobility issues that the hotel knew about as I had requested a ground floor room. This experience was definitely not worth the amount paid for.

Loved our stay, me and my cousin stayed for 2 days. We used the jacuzzi once and it felt great. The rooms were clean, the only downfall was the TV, it was a old one. The lady in the front lent me a plunger when our toilet got clogged so that was nice of them. We didn't try the free breakfast, so can't say anything about that. It's close to our college so that was a major plus. We enjoyed our stay. I think most people would be satisfied being here.

I stayed for 2 nights The hotel is good for the first stay in LA, is near the airport, you won't hear the airplanes and it is safe. (you get what you paid) I have to mention, the service of the complete Staff, is one of the best I ever had. (Raquel helped with the check-in and out, very easy, the other guy helped me with the phone). The rooms are little old over the years and the walls could be better insulated, but are clean and bed's are comfy. The second day the AC was smelling not so good, the front office told me, someone is going to check it out. Breakfast is kinda small but a good start for the day, they just don't have the space to have a bigger room/breakfast

Stayed at the location for 5 nights. Location area is actually pretty great, there’s target near by/cvs/local restaurants places to eat etc. We had a king room and it was spacious enough, parking was available everyday and also had an elevator to take your bags up and down. the only issue i had was the daily room service would come to your room without you there, not saying anything bad happened but i just don’t trust anyone in my room without me being present(also told them i don’t need it) other than that decent price for the nights. I would definitely stay again!
