The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They are in walking distance to the convention center. Our AC unit stopped working at night while we were staying. They explained their protocol is to see if they can get maintenance to fix it first before moving us. Maintenance ended up replacing the whole unit for us. We were very thankful. Great customer service.

I almost never leave reviews, but I feel like this time, it's only fair that I do to address some comments people have made about this place. First off, this is an Inn, just like any other Inn I've been to around the country. Cheap accommodation and a motel-esque aesthetic, again, like most Inns, you get what you pay for, and I feel like it is a good deal. Regarding bugs, I didn't encounter any in my 3-night stay, rooms were clean and sanitary, beds comfortable, roommates were respectful and didn't hear any noise other than people walking by in the morning to start off their day. Shower had unlimited hot water and the toilet was clean and adequate. Staff was respectful and helpful, including cleaning staff. Location was great and although I never used the pool it looked great. I really don't know what's wrong with people staying here and what their expectations are. Definitely met my expectations and overall I had a pleasant stay and no complaints.

Ok, so it's important to understand where you're staying, first of all! This is an Inn hotel which is basically a budget friendly option, with decent rooms. And this is what this was. You can't expect a fancy hotel if you're not paying for that. Room was comfortable, bed was ok, bathroom had tons of lighting with toiletries. A space was available to hang clothes. AC/heater, which was appropriate because when I stayed the nights were kinda cold. The bathroom nothing crazy, decent. The garbage can should have been there rather than in the room and I did encounter an issue with my room lock (didn't want to open one time) but even when it was inconvenient, the front desk was nice and helpful! The location is perfect if you're there for the convention center- walking distance. And a short ride for Orlando City Walk, restaurants, etc. Very nice overall, maybe not the best I've been to, but definitely good.

Room was booked by my employer for a conference and I was very disappointed. Obviously going in I knew it was a lower quality/budget hotel but I did not enjoy my stay. Positives: The front desk staff was very sweet and helpful. Walking distance from the convention center. Everything else: The first room I was given has such a strong mold smell and I started having trouble breathing almost immediately. I went back to the front desk and they very quickly switched my room. The second room smelled better but the bathroom was gross. I found hair in the tub. Over my 4-night stay, they replaced my towels daily, made the beds, and emptied the trash yet that hair stayed in the drain (I wasn't touching it). The window shades didn't close all the way and I had tape in my bag for the conference so I luckily was able to tape the edges down so people couldn't see in the room. My biggest complaint was wifi. They told me that the wifi network was "Days In. Guest" but when I went to connect I saw "DaysInGuest" "Days In Guest" and "Days in Guest". I did not connect to any for digital safety.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Days Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I encountered several issues during my stay, the most concerning was the unprofessional conduct of Mr. Brandon at the front desk. Upon arrival, I discovered that my reservations, made through a third-party app, were fragmented, requiring daily check-out and check-in procedures with corresponding deposit fees. This inconvenience was exacerbated by Mr. Brandon's rude and condescending attitude. Despite explaining that I had already paid the deposit twice, he insisted on additional payments or threatened eviction. My attempt to address these issues with Mr. Brandon was met with arrogance, as he audaciously challenged me to complain to his manager when I expressed dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, I discovered bed bug bites on my feet during my stay. This is an unacceptable lapse in hygiene and a serious concern for any guest. It is disheartening that a hotel of Days Inn's stature would overlook such a critical aspect of guest comfort and safety. I am compelled to share my experience to caution future guests. Days Inn should prioritize guest well-being and professionalism among its staff, and I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice of accommodation until these issues are appropriately addressed.
