PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ! RUN DONT WALK! The stay at this place was interesting to say the least. We checked in, the manager on duty seemed friendly enough and we went to our room. Immediately walking into the room it smelled old and musty. They tried covering it with a weird smelling room spray, that made it worse. We looked around, there were a lot of cracks in the walls, the bathtub had black splotches in the tub area, the drapes were stained brown and dingy. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. My wife and I took a trip to Walgreens for cleaning supplies, the amount of grime that came off the bathtub was disgusting. There is a reason why this place is rated so low. I went to the front desk to inform the on duty manager regarding the state of the room. He straight out called me a liar, saying it's not possible. Even after showing him the pictures, he still denied the uncleanness of the room. Still calling me liar. After an argument lasting ten minutes, he so kindly offered to take 30 dollars off of my stay. I was livid, I then posted a previous review of this "hotel" and the GM called me asking me to take down my review. He thought because of their generous offer of taking 30 dollars off of my disgusting room, that it should warrant the removal of my review. I waited until I got my refund and my security deposit, to rewrite this review because it sounded like if I didn't, I wouldn't get my refund. Totally unprofessional manager and GM. The rest of the staff helpful. I've worked in hotels for years, this is not how you approach situations. Do not stay here! Disappointing breakfast, stained towels, torn up walls and outlets, broken handles, weird funky smelling rooms. Be prepared to be harrased and called a liar, if you complain about anything. Stay somewhere else.

Nice clean economy hotel at a good value for the average person. It had a comfortable bed with a modern bathroom that had excellent water pressure and the best part is that it was budget friendly, what more can you ask for?! Have stayed here a few times and will contuue to come back. It is also conveniently located off the i17 and near the 101 with several restaurants nearby.

Place is nice and quiet and a very good price. I was very impressed by the clerk working the desk. He was very accommodating and got me s ground floor room and close to parking lot and exit due to my limited mobility. I really didn't even have to ask, he asked me. The room was nice and clean and very affordable. He got me in at close to midnight. Kudos to your staff DIBW.

Awful Experience. I checked in for 2 nights but added a third as soon as I arrived. Was told there would be no problem. I was put into a special needs room that smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I started having trouble breathing. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I asked if I could move and they said they had no other rooms available, that they were completely booked. Yet my parents were able to get a room, no problem, so that's fishy. Then, on my second day, a lady (Nina) calls me and is so rude saying I missed my checkout and I should know the rules and how dare I and blah blah blah. I inform her that I paid for an extra night when I arrived and could she please check again. She said that first of all she didn't see another reservation and didn't know who I had spoken with but they made a mistake and I should have checked out and then back in in person. Then she found the reservation and apologized with a surly tone and hung up. I've never been talked to like that, what an unhappy person she must be. I had asthma attacks in that awful room, and I had my kid with me. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and that's saying something.
